Objective

  • Founded creative services and independent film company to foster independent artists and funnel consulting services of various partners.
  • Transitioned company to take advantage of emerging opportunities within consulting, modeling and talent, retail and publishing.
  • Created a Board of Advisors with handpicked business and organizational leaders in various fields to facilitate advisory activities to guide rapid corporate growth.
  • Oversaw growth from 2 team members to an organization of over 75 in 12 months.
  • Grew revenue quarter over quarter by double digit increases for eight consecutive quarters.
  • Developed and implemented a system of team commitments to track corporate progress and identify accountabilities across the organization.

  • Created and executed marketing and communications to promote service offerings and benefits to partners and customers.
  • Managed brand implementation for Business Solutions Global Services (Microsoft Business Solutions re-brand to Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ensured proper branding across all elements of Business Solutions Global Services.

2003 – 2005  Global Electric Motorcars, LLC, A DaimlerChrysler Company  Fargo, North Dakota

Marketing Coordinator (promoted)

  • Managed all marketing and communications activities for Global Electric Motorcars, LLC (GEM) including; strategic planning, web site development, brand management, media relations, advertising, events, communications, and graphic design.
  • Created a consistent marketing image for the company improving brand recognition and brand value.
  • Managed and outlined budgets for the marketing department and projections for future expenses taking into consideration long-range goals for communications and marketing efforts.
  • Created complete lineup of consumer literature, dealership support manuals, and website for 2005 model year launch.  These items adhered to a consistent communication message and the brand guidelines.
  • Shot photography and videography for literature, presentations, media b-roll and other visual needs for the GEM brand.
  • Successfully facilitated media relation’s activities for the new 2005 model year launch, which required working with local, national and international media agencies.  Also facilitated media relations for GEM in relation to events such as the 2004 G8 Summit and other high profile events.
  • Coordinated several trade shows and product launch events in a manner that brought both high visibility and favorable media coverage.
  • Consulted with upper level executives on courses of action pertaining to communications both with media, the customer, and internally creating a cohesive message tailored for each instance.
  • Worked as a marketing consultant for the 182 dealerships working with the GEM brand to promote and grow the individual dealerships with the GEM franchise.
  • Worked on several projects as project manager, graphic designer, and copywriter.
